KLG Trading is an international trading company specialising in architectural metal work and glass.

We’re a busy company, with a great culture, and we’re looking for a superstar to join our team to help with managing our Directors, and generally keeping the office working smoothly.

It’s a dynamic, broad role where you’ll have autonomy to get on with your work, whilst keeping us on track and accountable.

Every day will be different, however some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the diaries of the two Directors.
  • Writing letters.
  • Bookkeeping.
  • Creating, updating and maintaining excel files.
  • Document management.
  • Providing general administrative assistance to the broader sales team.
  • General office management duties.

Ideally, you will have worked in a similar role within the construction industry previously (though this isn’t essential), and you will be a committed individual, who:

  • Is extremely self-motivated.
  • Is highly organised.
  • Can demonstrate an ability to anticipate needs.
  • Is driven and self-motivated.
  • Has experience working autonomously, successfully.
  • Demonstrates a proactive, can-do approach.
  • Possess bookkeeping experience.
  • Shows good time-management skills.

Working 20 hours per week, with flexible start and finish times and flexible days per week. This role is perfect for a mum looking to manage the family life juggle, or who would like to work hours that suit their children's busy schedules.
