Business Development Manager

Code Brewery is a thriving software development studio, headquartered in Sydney, Australia. Specialising in the design and development of websites, smartphone and tablet apps, intranets, web games and much more, Code Brewery works with some massive global brands, and alongside some of the most creative and innovative marketing agencies in Australia.

Currently in a growth phase, Code Brewery is looking for a hungry Business Development Manager to join the team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, highly organised team player who is keen to learn about our clients, our business, our processes and – most importantly – our target market!

We need a Business Development Manager to use any and all available channels to bring in new leads, so that we can knock-them-dead with our experience, versatility, creative flair, and technical expertise.

That person’s primary focus will be to generate sales leads by facilitating new client relationships that will, in turn, lead to new projects. They will also have the opportunity to facilitate existing relationships with our clients, so that we continue to provide them with excellent service and ensure the continuation of these valued partnerships.

Specifically, the role will involve: generating leads, setting up and undertaking introductory meetings, preparation of briefs and quotes (with the assistance of the technical team), maintaining CRM records, maintaining company image (through social media and other channels) and supporting the management team. There may be other areas where project assistance is required in order to ensure customer service is always our priority!

  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • The Advertising, Digital Media, or Technology Sectors
  • A Sales / Account Management / Lead Generation role
  • QA and Testing of Software Solutions

This position is a permanent part-time role with many great features, such as;
