IMAGINE you were left without a car after an accident…..and the accident wasn't even your fault! Well now you have the opportunity to help people in this frustrating situation. We are seeking energetic and infectious individuals to join our expanding team.

Reporting into the Team Leader, as a claims handler, you are responsible for providing exceptional levels of customer service to clients who have been in a vehicle accident and helping more junior members of staff.

Responsibilities

  • Discussing motor accidents with clients, insurance companies and work providers.
  • Maintaining good working relationships with all work providers such as claims companies, insurance companies, repairers and solicitors.
  • Maintaining the company's high standards of customer service.
  • Managing your own claims caseload.


Successful candidates should demonstrate:

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Bubbly and confident personality
  • Confident on a computer
  • Experience in Insurance or Claims is an advantage but not essential.
