Now in 2019, we have offices in Sydney and Melbourne and a team of over 20 Consultants providing leading HR support for businesses across Australia. The opportunity…

As a Liquid HR Consultant/Advisor you will be engaged as an independent contractor, however, our internal team will support you, including our Managing Consultant and remote support team. You will work on-site with different Liquid HR clients across a variety of HR areas from conducting a HR Audit, implementing policies and procedures, supporting businesses with ensuring they are compliant with the Fair Work Act 2009, to developing and implementing an onboarding program or performance feedback system, facilitating training and coaching leaders. You can set your availability based on your requirements (some weeks you may work 3 days a week, another week you may not work at all). Our focus is on ensuring we meet our client requirements and provide flexibility to our Consultants so that work fits in with their life.

You have led and rolled out HR projects and have exceptional listening and interpersonal skills to be able to understand and meet the needs of every unique client.
