An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly capable professional to join our motivated Human Resources team. You will play a key role in assisting with the implementation of a range of continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to a positive culture focused on customer service and quality outcomes.
Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for planning, administering, implementing and evaluating learning and development activities and programs using a range of methods to communicate and manage employee interest and participation.
This role will also be expected to collaborate with the Learning and Development Manager to contribute to the development of the organisations capability and skills, including the provision of solutions to managers and individual staff members on Professional Development opportunities.
This is a varied and exciting role with the opportunity to be involved in the design and development of e-learning and other programs in collaboration with key stakeholders to identify and meet their needs.

We are offering a temporary part-time role, 3-days a week, with an attractive salary from $93,727 p.a. pro-rata plus Super. City of Parramatta also offer excellent employee benefits which can be accessed by the successful candidate.
