Reporting into the MD and collaborating with the broader marketing team, we are looking for a Digital Performance Media Manager to take ownership of the strategic direction of digital marketing within the business, along with the hands-on execution in delivery.

Our client has a broad range of clients across multiple industries, and you will be responsible for managing digital advertising campaigns across Australia, Europe, and USA.

The role is also having an increasing amount of Media Planning involved, working with those clients that are looking for wider media channels to invest in alongside their key digital channels.

This is a very broad role, with a position on the Senior Leadership Team of the Agency that will allow for great long-term career progression within our agency.

Primary Functions:

  • You will oversee acquisition growth and optimization across the entire online marketing mix and lead the day ­to­ day client account management.
  • Provide marketing analytics expertise on all campaign, which includes response tracking and campaign reporting.
  • Clearly communicate business requirements; partner with technology teams and external vendors to build software and processes to enable customer targeting/segmentation, campaign execution and measurement at scale.
  • In conjunction with the Creative & Accounts team, you will map customer journeys and develop and implement digital marketing strategy across the customer lifecycle.
  • You will both develop strategy and insights as well as execute, to drive customer acquisition while achieving efficiency KPIs and performance targets.
  • Ownership of digital marketing platforms and tools, data management and segmentation.
  • Acting as the Digital Media lead for the development of CRM strategy.
  • Optimising customer experience across digital channels.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports and statistics to help clients monitor and adjust key marketing programs in order to maximise growth.


What you need to be successful:

  • Be an established digital marketing leader with comprehensive experience across all facets of digital marketing, including:
    • SEM/PPC;
    • Conversion optimisation;
    • UX; and
    • Digital Analytics.Strong experience in E­Commerce.
  • 5 to ­7 years of relevant digital marketing experience, preferably across industries
  • Experience with digital advertising, research and web analytics platforms including:
    • Google AdWords;
    • Google Shopping;
    • Google Display Network / Double Click;
    • Facebook Business Manager;
    • Google Analytics.
  • Certified with Google Partners and Facebook Blueprint Certification.
  • Highly collaborative but able to work independently.
