We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and well-rounded individual to assist and support our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with project delivery.  We are looking for a dynamic person who craves to be part of a winning team on an amazing journey.

The role is dynamic, faced paced and broad, which keeps it very interesting! For the right person, you will be working with our CTO to assist in formulating, planning and executing project delivery off the back of our latest technology release and sales performance. The role will be based in our Sydney office, located in Brookvale on the Northern Beaches.

The role requires a proactive team player with excellent verbal and written skills, great energy levels and a positive mental attitude to assist the company on its journey. 


Quickly become knowledgeable on our products and have an effective, professional communication both internally and externally via phone and email.

Your primary role will be assisting the Director of Sales with key daily, weekly and monthly tasks. Some of these tasks are outlined below. However, don’t be concerned if there are some areas you are not familiar with as training can be provided. Equally, some of these, once set-up and automated, will run on their own so only the overseeing of the process will be required.

General Tasks:

  • Communicate with active clients via phone/email on a daily basis;
  • Prioritise issues and tasks with active clients daily;
  • Communicate priorities to internal team members daily;
  • Ensure Task/Issue tracking system is updated daily with client feedback;
  • Ensure that the delivery plan is maintained at a high level for each client with dates;
  • Manage multiple stakeholders with varying priorities with an active client;
  • Work with multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Be excited about opportunities to further develop own skillset;
  • Work as part of a development team;
  • Be proactive in terms of ensuring that customer milestones are met and problems are resolved;
  • Liaising with our partners.


  • Strong attention to detail and great organisation skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills;
  • Ability to work across a range of IT platforms (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc); 
  • Ability to use initiative, multi-task and manage processes autonomously;
  • Possess a professional phone manner and a positive mental attitude;
  • Be self-managed and enjoy working as part of a small dynamic team;

This role is initially a flexible part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week), either by contract or direct employment and with a negotiable hourly rate. There is an opportunity to increase hours over time as you grow with the business.
