We are a very contemporary, fresh and dynamic team located in Brookvale who pride ourselves on doing things differently.

We are rapidly expanding, and our focus is based on providing high level of customer service & quality inspections for Real Estate Agencies. Our clients comprise of both residential and commercial real estate agencies which allows the opportunity to learn both aspects and work with a broad range of Real Estate Agencies.

We want to provide our clients an amazing experience whilst nurturing relationships to create clients for life.  It's about People, Quality & Efficiency! 

Your main tasks will include conducting routine inspections, ingoings, outgoings, liaising with property managers, tenants, training new team members and some other areas of property management.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, be well presented, have at least 12 months previous experience in real estate, a current certificate of registration and a drivers licence. Personal growth, results and daily discipline must be important personal values.

You may be required to work Saturday's from time to time, however only as back up with time in lieu given through the week as needed.

Your Qualities…

We are looking for a bubbly, confident and energetic person who is wanting to establish a career in real estate, to assist our clients with inspections & advising on the condition of properties. You will be self motivated, extremely organised and be able to operate independently as well as work in a team.

Experience is preferred however not essential as in house training will be provided, however a current Certificate of Registration, willingness to learn, attention to detail and a friendly positive attitude is!

Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Property Inspections / Advising on the condition of a property
  • Maintenance and repairs management
  • Attend to phone and online inquires

Essential requirements:

  • Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent time management

This is a part time role working a 3 or 4 day week from 9am - 2pm.
