This is a part-time role supporting a growing residential projects business.  You will be required to demonstrate high level of detail, have a proactive nature and work as an enthusiastic and flexible member of the team. The role requires communication with a number of external and internal customers.  The role will involve general and trust accounting along with client invoice management and business forecast management.

The role:

  • Trust account management of 4 states
  • Daily and monthly trust reconciliations
  • Daily interaction with sales staff and & conveyancers
  • Dealing with all client invoicing and accounts enquiries
  • Manage invoice payments
  • Payroll
  • Managing commission payments
  • Support sales teams by managing account queries
  • Prepare client reporting
  • Disbursements of deposit monies
  • Business budget & forecast management

Who we are looking for:

  • 1 - 2 years of practical trust accounting experience is a must
  • Experience using Xero
  • Experience in Excel and various Property CRM systems
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong time management and administrative skills with great attention to detail
  • Real Estate accounting experience
  • Must be a permanent resident 
  • Flexibility to work from home 15-20 hours per week logging on for a few hours each day
