About the Role:
City of Parramatta Council seeks to recruit a highly capable proactive RTW Coordinator to assist with the ongoing management of Council’s injury management and medical fitness programs.
This is a great temporary part-time opportunity to work for a diverse organisation that values work life balance and also challenges people to deliver optimal results. Working with key stakeholders, and as a valued member of a dedicated team, you will be providing the full range of case management tasks and driving return to work initiatives in consultation throughout Council.
This is a 3 day per week, 12 month contract opportunity.
This position involves a high degree of autonomy and interaction with Council’s Management team, and requires the ability to assess, prioritise and respond to technical, professional and statutory issues as well as Council’s policies and values.

What’s on Offer:
We are offering an attractive salary from $79,831 - $87,912 pro rata plus Super. City of Parramatta also offer excellent employee benefits which can be accessed by the successful candidate.
